{$10 says taylor tomasi sports this look at fashion week next month}
If there's mixed tribal prints, count me in! Proenza Schouler's Pre-Fall 2011 collection crosses ikats with faire isles and tribal stripes with wish-washy tie-dyes, eliciting my most dazzling Teen Vogue editorial dreams. Also crossing seemingly clashing fabrics (silks, knits, tweed, jersey, etc), it's the iconic Proenza silhouette that pulls it all together: long and lean are almost always the key words.
{i say almost in reference to this look. long: def. lean: ehh..}
While the collection's stand-out looks consist of oversized blazers paired with to-the-knee silk pajama shorts, I must say I am partial to the dresses (as I usually am).
{j'adore this silhouette}
{this skirt wins my heart, and is also destined to be spotted on taylor come fw}
{thin-strap tank over cut-off tee = major styling inspiration}
{call me jewish, but i'm digging the frum-ability of this dress}
The moral of the story? Proenza: You. Can. Do. No. Wrong.
Peace, Love and Neon,
Marisa
